Problem Note 58363: "ERROR: An exception has been encountered" in PROC MCMC
PROC MCMC stops processing and issues "ERROR: An exception has been encountered" when the following conditions are met:
- there are repeated observations in a subject
- one or more of the repeated observations are deleted due to missing values
- one of the model parameters is sampled using the Conjugacy Sampler
